Review content:
I own a small moving company in the Dallas/ft worth metroplex. I had my transmission on my dodge ram rebuilt on 7/5/2012 in Euless, Tx. The customer service here was great. The owner followed up on the repair, and answered any questions that i had. On 7/18/2012 my truck left Texas for a private shipment of goods to new york city. On 7/20/2012 my driver had problems with the gear shifter, so with my work under warranty i googled this aamco which was 2 miles from his hotel. I figured they would jump right on an out of town truck, but i was wrong. After i faxed my warranty info to the manager Henry he told me he would be right on it to get my truck towed to his shop. with every second counting, i felt like my problem would be resolved and i wouldnt be days behind loosing money. but i forgot how lazy mechanics can get on a friday, and due to his ""high work load"" and ""the scorching Pennsylvania heat"" the tower didn't arrive to help my driver until 6:30pm central time. Once the tower got there he looked under the truck and popped the shifter cable back on with his fingers and my driver was on his way. Thanks for the sense of urgency Mr.Henry, your customer service and ""i cant"" attitude cost me a lot of $$$$ after i spent 3k on a transmission repair with your company. You deserve less than a 0 score, and a new job at McDonald's.
