Can I seriously put into words how LJC saved my life? For the sake of others who may need a place to get clean and sober I will try. LJC which I so fondly call ""The Home"" gave me what I needed to not only begin my road to recovery, but the tools to stay clean and sober One Day at a Time. I opened my heart , my soul and my warped brain to listen, follow the structured daily schedule of meetings, groups and meals. You see, I needed that because I was a 47 year old adolesant who was emotionally, financial and spiritually bankrupt . I did what I was told, participated in group and meetings and followed a plan, did I always like it......ah...no. LJC has top notch people and I knew in my heart (thank you God) that they knew better than me.......hello... I was a broken down drunk, but I knew everything right? LJC saved my life....I now have a great job, the love and respect of my family and money in savings.......I could literally go on forever about ""The Home"" , it will be forever in my heart and prayers, thanks guys.....love you
