Review content:
I went to Expertec because I needed 90k major service done. when I checked their website, there was a coupon for $149.95 (org. $239.95). The service Man told me that I don't need this service. Instead, he recommended 105k service with timing belt and spark plugs which cost at least $700 just for timing belt service. I insisted that I want only 90k service. He refused to listen to me and quoted for oil service with 3k inspection. After few hours, he called me and said I needed transmission flush and some belts replacement, which cost me $225. I had them done. Wen I came home, something started to leak. I took my car in again to check. The service man said Power Steering Pump is damaged and needs to be replaced for $800 minimum. There was no leak before (10 years of driving), they didn't find anything wrong with power steering fluid/pump at the first inspection(before they did transmission/belts service), and I only drove 4 miles to home without any incident. They broke my power steering pump and refused to fix it!!! Now, I have to go somewhere else to fix what they broke!!! DON'T TRUST THEM!
