Review content:
This is the worst dog boarding place I have ever taken my dogs to. The girls who work there are rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. They frequently make mistakes regarding dates of reservations or change the rules regarding what the dogs can have from home. They are rude and never apologetic. When I have boarded my dogs previously, they usually come home happy and tired. When I pick them up from this place, they are so eager to leave and full of energy like they spent a whole lot of time in a small cage. They have the most limited and restricted hours (ie. aren't open on Sunday, not open till 10 am on Saturday). After the way I have repeatedly been treated, I will never go back.
