I was sad to read a couple bad reviews on here so I thought I'd throw my 2 cents in. I have had a great experience with Dr. Giannamore. Her staff is very nice and the office is run efficiently. My appointments have never taken a long time and I've never had to sit waiting in reception or in the actual exam room for more than a few minutes. Dr. Giannamore herself is very sweet and takes her time explaining things as well as answering any questions I have had. Purchasing glasses for myself was easy and reasonably priced for the higher end frames that they sell. I also asked for a copy of my prescription to buy a cheaper back up pair at another location. This was never questioned and there was no problem (unlike the other review).
I am not the type of person to write online reviews, but I just felt that the negative reviews on this site were so far from the truth I should speak up.
