Normally I don't write reviews. The main reason is that (like most humans) I speak most strongly when I'm really mad but is really MY OWN DAMN FAULT! We tend to only yell when we're yelling something that isn't true and sometimes I am wrong ... just as JHARRELL is WRONG!!!
For my part, I've rented at Pantec several times over the last 20-years Even taking into account that the staff has changed over this time, the worst thing I can say about them is that they treat the site's security and safety like a bunch of pit-bulls. For example, on one occasion my storage boxes led them to believe that I was storing dangerous in my unit. They weren't prying, they simply noticed the printed labels on the recycled boxes I was using ... and they were less-than-flexible until they we're convinced I wasn't putting other customers at risk. All in all, not necessarily a bad thing for a storage place!
In my experience, if you even come CLOSE to following the rules, the Pantec staff is more-than-fair, friendly and flexible. Aside from the security and safety ""obsession"", one has to really PUSH the staff to get them to ""fold the arms and stand in the door."" So from personal experience WHATEVER JHARREL DID, HE/SHE MUST HAVE DONE IT REALLY BADLY AND REALLY REPEATEDLY.
