They deleted their old reviews here because they are all so bad. Guess what. I am adding mine again. Google Vet loses Dog. We took out 12 pound Maltese to the Animal Hospital at Anthem, one of 16 vet offices owned by Dr Waller, Dr Snodgrass under the name Arrow Service Animal Hospitals, on Dec 1st to have a $1500.00 teeth cleaning. She was 8 years old. They LOST her after having 8 teeth pulled, taking her outside to go potty, They didn't call us for 50 minutes and when we went there to pick her up, they told us ""We have some Good news and some Bad news. The good news in Hannah's teeth cleaning went great. The bad news is we lost Hannah.""We looked for 2 hrs in the 45 degrees weather and pouring rain and WE found her body on the side of the 1 17 highway. They keep trying to delete this account and start and new one. Better not bother. I will keep checking. They are pending an investigation by the AZ Vet Board right now. We saw them at the preliminary investigation. Dr Waller, Dr Snodgrass and Dr Bernard were laughing and joking around. Our baby is dead because they made the decision not to call us. We were 5 minutes away and she would have come for us. Before she was missing there were numerous sightings of her but she wouldn't come to them and then walked up the exit ramp of the 75 mile an hr freeway. The cops stopped traffic AFTER she was hot to remove the body. They also lied and said they had called the police to help look for her. They never did. We checked.
