Kristina did the unthinkable for me - an 8 day turnaround after another company left me hanging.
I found Haight Carpet by luck after calling a handful of vendors for the specific carpet I wanted. Because of her relationship with the vendor, and longtime industry experience, she was able to get my order measured, availability confirmed, and expedited shipping arranged, before other ""big name"" and ""quick turnaround"" guys were able to call me back.
And on top of that exemplary service their prices were competitive, and the guys who handled my install did a great job. They were sure to clean up before and after they installed the carpet, and asked me questions to make sure we were all on the same page about how the job should be done.
I am so very happy to have found them, it's almost too bad that I don't have more carpet in my house. I'd recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
