After a frantic start to our day, with water running into our basement from an overflowing toilet I called Roto-Rooter and Jimmy was here within 40 min. He came in and cleared the blocked toilet within 10 min. I told him the bathtub drain runs slowly. He got his auger and went to work. The drain appeared clear but as he began to pack-up his tools, he decided to run water one more time. The drain was stopped-up again. He went down to the basement and removed the trap; only to find a cap from the tub faucet. Thanks to Jimmy's thoroughness our drains are open and working great.
