I want to start off saying that I love Dr Suarez! She is so personable. She always made me feel at home. I began going to the spa when she was in a smaller place. Her staff wasn't the most professional but because I liked her I continued on to her new location and even supported her when she had her grand opening at her new location. I first came in on a promotion and decided to have laser hair removal service at full price. They then did a groupon for 6 sessions for $99. and other promotions. When I asked the tech if they could give me some kind of promotion she said it was for new clients only! I had already paid $400. for four sessions. I then decided to call and speak to the Dr. and got her husband instead, what a mistake it was on her part to have her husband talk to clients! He was VERY RUDE! He told me how much the machine cost them and went on to say ""I do not understand what you want me to do for you""! ! And started telling me about other clients who paid full price and was very patronizing to me!! I thanked him for his time and hung knowing that was the end of that loyal relationship! I cannot tell you how he made me feel! Too bad for the doctor to have someone like him on the front line! She might want to rethink that. Needless to say although I felt loyal to Dr Yvette I will never set foot in there again! Good luck to the Dr and I wish her all the success in the world!
