While my grandfather was being cared for I witnessed several health violations including nurses leaving the room with their gloves on and touching door knobs, desks and other patiences and then return to my grandfathers room and continue to care for him. I found pills on the floor of my grandfathers room and my grandfather missed several meals because nurses "forgot" to enter him in the computer system. All of these concerns were brought to the attention of nursing supervisors on duty and a call was places to the head nursing supervisor. All concerns were neglected and and unattended too. As a result my grandfather was diagnosed with pneumonia with test later indicating it was contracted while at the hospital. This hospital is neglectful and i will continue to turn people away from it. I will not allow one more family to suffer a loss due to there neglect.
