Everything sounds good over the phone when they discuss the products and services that they offer, but low and behold when you get there, it's a different story! I have been waiting for a refund for over a month now because I was told that my skin was too dark to recieve service. I had purchased a laser hair removal package in full and I have yet to recieve my refund. I keep getting told that the office mananger and/or financial manager is not in or that she just left or I can leave my name and number and someone will call me back, but still no luck! It's amazing how everyone is available when they want to take your money, but when it's time to refund the money no one seems to be working! REALLY i WISH I COULD GET PAID WITHOUT BEING AT WORK..... MS DARK SKIN
