I don't know a lot about cars and when I first got to Big-O I was greated with great smiles. I was telling the owner that my brakes were squeaking and I was getting a vibration when braking. They immediately pulled my vehicle in their shop to check it out. As I was waiting to get a response on my brakes the owners were talking with me, which made me feel comfortable right away. Even though I know little about cars they brought me out to my car to show me what was going on . They gave me a very reasonable price on brakes and were willing to give me a ride to work. I wasn't pressured into doing anything I was not comfortable with and I wasn't taken advantage of just because I am a women. I will be recommening Big-O Tires to my family and friends.
