Review content:
I had some work done at Big O Tire in San Mateo and I had just gone in for an oil change. They let me know that my brakes were aprox 80% worn. they were very professional and showed me why they needed to be replaced by taking me to my vehicle to showme the uneven where from inner pad to outter pad. I did not even know they did anything other than tires. So, not only did I get my tires rotated my oil changed they wre also able to replace my brakes, align my vehicle and also service my air conditioning. I know have a one stop shop to go to. Thank you Dave, Chris, and stephanie, you guys were great!
Pros: service with a smile, great prices and awesome customer service
Cons: the owner was ugly
