I highly recommend Nutri-Sport. It's a great non-corporate store with very knowledgeable staff. The owner, Phil, sets very high standards for his staff's product knowledge. I've actually witnessed Phil steer total beginners away from the higher end items in favor of the basics like protein etc. He's one of the few business owners who will actually put the needs of the customer ahead of his pocket, and that's very rare but it's paid off in the form of loyal customers.
Pros: Knowledgeable, helpful staff. Soft beak.
Cons: The people in the gym up stairs dropping the weights on the floor!
