It kills me that I have to give this sorry place a rating at all because they do not even deserve one star!!! I had a family member that was placed here for rehabilitation. She was in there only a few days and her health started going downhill. They did not order the medicines she had been taking, therefore she did not get them which almost killed her. From the moment she would press the nurses button, it would take them 20 min on many different occasions to come in there and see what was wrong. It is not suppose to take them more than 3 min to check on the patient, she could've been choking and they never would've known. All it takes is just a quick peek inside the door to see whats wrong, if its something that can wait a few minutes, thats fine with me, but to not even check at all, is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE, SORRY, AND PURE LAZINESS!!! She was cursed at by at least one of the nurses just for needing help with something. I will make sure everyone I know does not take anyone there. They do not care about their patients at all.
