Review content:
I went in looking for an Ovation Guitar while my wife was upstairs having her eyes checked. After 15 minutes and not a single salesperson had the time to talk to me or even acknowledge me, I then left went to the store next to them for a coffee and to pick-up my wife. When I came back they had my car "TOWED". When I went back in to ask if they new what happen to my car, all of a sudden I had everyones attention. The manager said it is their parking only spaces, even thought it was not marked where I was parked and I told the manager that I was in there earlier looking at the guitars, his answer was "You didn't buy anything so you were not a customer". That is just the right thing to say to tell everyone about future sales or customers.
