The person who greeted me was rude and arrogant, wouldn't look up the price, said it would be "Oh, 8-9 hundred dollars" as if to scare me away, as if I did not have the funds to cover such and expense. He refused to schedule me for a diagnostic appointment, and said, "Oh, just drop it by any day for a few days." They were so busy, he just did not want to the work and was not going to help me. I told him I would find someone else who was not so busy. Got the car fixed for less than 500 dollars in the same day by a business who did care that I was there ready to spend money. I am shocked at how unprofessional the man was and that he would treat a good customer so badly. He should be fired. He is not good for your business.
