I've used Hudgins for four years and recently they stopped picking up my trash simply because I used another companies container that I had been using for four years. No one called to notify me that it was against company rules they simply did not pick up my trash. Then I called and they told me that they were not suppose to pick up other containers with company names. So we covered the name. In my mind it is no different than the rubbermaid container we use for trash. I called a second time and the gentleman was no helpful than the first. I am very angry with Hudgins and have since moved on to another company. Good customer service would have been to call me personally and say that although for the last four years they had picked up my containers they will no longer do it but that didn't happen. I give the company a D and would not recommend them.
