I?ve using this place for about 7 years. I would estimate that I have used them to repair at least 12 times with 7 different bags. In the earlier years I thought they did a great job, the repairs worked well, the bags where ready upon agreed, date and the prices seemed reasonable. In the last 18 months I have not been pleased at all. Several of the repairs were noticeably below standards (very shabby), and the prices seemed high. They DO have a ?caviler attitude? but they are harmless and nothing that any reasonable person can?t over look.
Pros: can do good on time work
Cons: not consistent
