If they recommend a part, especially an electrical part, get it in writing, because even if they were wrong any returns will be denied. Hawaii Import Parts = screw you customer. After buying a relay, I realized it wouldn't work for my application and went back to return it, unused. Their tech assured me that if I wired it differently it would work. I agreed to try: It didn't. When I went back to return it a second time, they said that since I had installed it and the metal prongs had marks now it was unsellable and refused to take it back: even though I had already told them it wouldn't work and had only tried upon THEIR insistence that it would: This goes beyond poor service. It is down right CROOKED. Even chain stores like O'Reily or Napa have better service. I would give 0-stars if I could.
