Review content:
We've had multiple bad experiences with this outfit. Why the 2nd chance? My husband was really desperate and it was within walking distance. The first time they sold us items we didn't need. They sold us a bad tire with a cracked rim and blamed the rim on us. If it hadn't happened twice we might have believed it. But the second time it happened, they didn't want to replace a tire that was less than a month old because they said it was a cracked rim (that they sold us) responsible, and then wanted to sell another rim and tire, and my husband took it to the dealer who looked at it and said that while the rim was indeed cracked, there was a bubble-type flaw in the actual rubber. Only after he got this second opinion did they back down and agree to make good on the warranty.
Pros: downtown
Cons: no accountability
