In 2010/11 We had Val Moore realty handle renting our home in South Huntsville. This company does not bother running credit checks or background checks on tenants. The tenant that Val Moore Realty selected had a history of not paying the rent and Val Moore refused to charge the tenant any late fees for not paying their rent on time. Val Moore refused to help the owners(us) start the evication process after more than three months of not paying the rent. Overall we lost 7 months rent and it cost 100s of dollars to get the tenant out of our house. Do NOT make the same mistake we did. UPDATE OCT 2011 Val Moore Realty has moved this same tenant owing us $10,000 in unpaid rent into another Huntsville home under her control, need we say more?
