Review content:
We went to Van Vreedes because we wanted to buy locally and support our local economy. What a mistake!!Please Do not buy from Van Vreedes!! Their customer service is aweful after you purchase your appliance. We bought a Gas stove for $1300 which needed multiple repairs in the first month. We are constantly calling to find out when it can get repaired/replaced because no one will call us back, no one will step up and make a decision. Tried to just return it but they won't take it back. Pam (not sure what her title is) is so rude and had me in tears on multiple occasions. I have been out of stove for over a month while they find a part and no one will step up and help us out. We never get our calls returned and Mike the "manager" is just a talker and will not follow through on anything he has said he would do. He won't even talk to me about the situation, what kind of manager is that? They made us do all the work. I have no idea how they have stayed in business. And in talking with friends and strangers there are many others who have had similar results when purchasing products from here.
