My experience has not been very pleasant at all! I have been going to this Meineke since 2009 for oil changes etc. The past 2 times I have been there the guy by the name of Alex told me that they lose $5 everytime they do an oil change for me. Honestly, I ignored it cause frankly I just need the oil change done nor do I care considering this is their advertised price. This morning I went to get my oil changed again and I was told that the ADVERTISED price of $9.95 no longer applied to me because they lose $5 everytime and that the next time I will be charged another NON advertised price. On top of that when I walked in I said "good moring" and Alex replied with "it would be a lot better of a morning if you did something other than an oil change". Is it my fault that my vehicle does not need any other work done?!?!?! He was INCREDIBLY rude! Regardless, I left my vehicle there to have them do the work. I came back an hour later to find my car in another parking lot that I had to walk around this brick wall and walk in dirt to get too that was behind their building. Needless to say they lost a 3 year customer for these acts. I also used to refer people there all the time and that has stopped effective IMMEDIATELY.
