Review content:
The contractor installed our windows and did a poor finish job. One arched window was 2 inches short at the top around the arch. The installers shoved newspaper into the space and used a large amount of caulk. Needless to say I told them the window was not acceptable. To their credit they did have a new window made. The factory rep had to come out to fix two other problems with the windows. We had to redo the stucco around all of the windows after their installer left. Then to top things off they never informed us of the date of the final inspection. So no one was here when the inspector came. The inspection failed. We didn't find this out until I called the city to see if the permit was closed. They just called and said that I would have to pay another $75 because the permit expired. I already gave them over $6000, I'll be dammed if I'll give them anymore. Now I have new windows with no final inspection. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable company for your windows. Pros: null Cons: null
