I had a bad experience at my local dealer in Rockford. I drove an hour out of my way because I have had a lot of my friends recommend Gary Layng. I was not disappointed. They put me in the right car, at the price I wanted, in my first color choice with the options I wanted, no heavy duty sales tactics, no hidden surprises. When it was time to add another factory option I wanted, the service dept. was amazing. Gave me a car for a couple of hours, told me where the local restaurants were. Everyone there treated me like I was a high end customer. I will continue to buy from them, just wish they were closer to home, but well worth the trip. Kyle Bartels and Kyle Richards were so helpful, I could not have been more pleased. Oh yeah, and my car (Kia Soul) is simply amazing!
