Review content:
I came in with a coupon for an eye exam, two boxes of contacts, and a pair of glasses for $139. I thought it was a great deal so I booked my appointment with excitement. I arrived five minutes early and signed in. Ten minutes passed, then fifteen. I was finally called back twenty minutes after my appointment and was taken in the back where there were four other people waiting for the same doctor. He finally saw me and rushed me through the exam. He then put my new contacts in and didn't even wash his hands after touching all the equipment!! When I went to pay, my total came out to $240! VisionMax gets you with all these little fees, is a dirty office, and the employees speak Chinese back and forth to each other!! It sounded like a great deal when I got the flyer of coupons in the paper, but by the time I walked out, I would have much rather had my terrible vision than dealing with the staff at VisionMax.
