Review content:
I am John's neighbor, and to be honest the "24 Hour Emergency Comfort Ambulance" parked in front of his house got my kids attention. I had a chance to speak to John and he explained his situation. I had also used one of the other HVAC companies in town that claimed to be the "biggest dealer in town". Compared to Approved Comfort, it is now our opinion that Approved Comfort is the only way to go. They weren't the cheapest and they weren't the most expensive. But the value and quality that brought my family peace of mind is priceless. I also received a call from Dan Martin, the owner. You can't find customer service and quality these days- so stick with Approved Comfort and you will not be disappointed!!!!
Pros: Customer Service, Integrity, High quality service
Cons: having to deal with other HVAC companies in area
