Last time Schneider was out my iPod dock was damaged when the tech set my tv down on the iPod that was docked in the cradle and now it no longer works. I had the repairman return to look at it he said they didn't do it, argued with my fiancee who saw him place the TV on the iPod (my room mate also saw it), and left. I called Schneider to address the issue they said that if I brought it to them they would see if they could fix it. I do not feel that I should have to deliver the dock clear across town to have this resolved. The dock worked just fine before the tech was out, now it doesn't. It should either be repaired or replaced. I filed a BBB Complaint over this issue as well as it still hasn't been resolved and the dock is still broken.
