I purchased the deal of the day ( Cleaning, exam, ex-rays and whitening kit) for this dentist office. I made the appt and was worked in the next day. When I went to the exam room, had the x-rays, brief exam and then was told I needed to complete a treatment plan before getting my whitening kit. I was then told I could not have the simple cleaning because I needed a more deep cleaning. The hygienist was condescending, not to mention the office manager. They are out to get your buck! I have had simple cleanings before with the same oral condition I have now. Also have been offered a whitening kit. DON'T WASTE your TIME!
