Review content:
I would not recommend using the JHM for special occasions. We used them for our wedding and received very poor customer service. As mentioned in another post, they never return phone calls/e-mails always saying their busy. They made promises that were never kept. For a day that is suppose to be beautiful and joyous, the staff at JHM added a substantial amount of stress. Please save yourself the disappointement.
