Review content:
My large, cantilevered umbrella broke after 2 years. The part to fix it took 8 months to arrive and with no instructions in English. Anaheim Patio & Fireside agreed to send someone out to replace the broken part for me ? good! However, the person sent to my house was merely a delivery driver and had no tools or knowledge about fixing anything. Anaheim Patio agreed to take the umbrella and the replacement part to their shop to fix and said they?d return my fixed umbrella the next day. Three weeks later, having heard nothing from Anaheim Patio & Fireside, I called them and they scheduled delivery for 3 days later. My umbrella was returned to me still broken and with the original broken part still attached.
Cons: They tried to rip me off!
