I PURCHASED CARPET FROM THIS BUSINESS AND HAD IT INSTALLED. THE INSTALLERS DID A POOR JOB WITH THE SEAMS. THEIR WAS A MATCH PROBLEM WHERE THE CARPET COLORS DID NOT MATCH. THE PEOPLE THAT CAME OUT TO FOLLOW UP WERE RUDE AND ALWAYS IN A BIG HURRY. THEY COVERED UP A VENT IN ONE OF THE ROOMS. THEY WERE SLOPPY WHEN MOVING THE FURNITURE. THEY BUMPED INTO THE WALLS, CRACKED ONE OF THE TRANSITION PIECES AND GLUED IT BACK TOGETHER INSTEAD OF REPLACING IT. I WAS SUPPOSSED TO GET $100 OFF THE PURCHASE OF THE CARPET AND DID NOT. THEY WLL TRY TO TRICK YOU WITH THIS. BE CAREFUL. ALSO, THEY DID NOT MULTIPLY THE SQUARE FOOTAGE TIMES THE PRICE CORRECTLY. WATCH THEIR MATH. THEY CANNOT MULTIPLY. THEY DID COME OUT TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE CARPET, BUT I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD SEND ANOTHER TEAM, AND THEY SENT THE SAME CREW THAT HAD INITIALLY INSTALLED IT. THE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD ALSO COME TO MY HOUSE THIS GO ROUND AND MONITOR, AND HE DID NOT. HE LIED. I ASKED THE SALESMAN ABOUT MY RECEIPT AND HE WAS STUMBLING TO TRY TO FIND THE ANSWER. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS BUSINESS. EVERYTHING LOOKS NICE IN THE STORE, BUT THEY DON'T CARE ONCE THE TRANSACTION IS COMPLETED.
