JULY 2006, MY COLLEGE SWEATHEART AND I TIED THE KNOT. I AM AN EXTREME PLANNER AND ENSURED THAT EVERYTHING WAS ALL SET MONTHS PRIOR TO THE BIG DAY. WE WERE GETTING MARRIED AT THE HYATT IN PENNS LANDING AND DECIDED TO GO WITH A LOCAL FLORIST IN MY HOMETOWN OF YARDLEY, PA. THREE WEEKS BEFORE THE WEDDING, DURING MY BRIDAL SHOWER, I RECIEVED A CALL FROM THIS FLORIST STATING THAT MY WEDDING WAS CANCELED. MY HUSBAND AND I DID NOT CALL OFF THE WEDDING, SO I WAS UNSURE OF WHAT EXACTLY THIS MEANT. MY MOTHER RETURNED THE CALL FROM MY SHOWER AND WAS IN TEARS WHEN THE FLORIST STATED THAT SHE WOULD NO LONGER BE DOING MY WEDDING. AS MY MOTHER AND I CRIED, MY SISTER CALLED TEN PENNIES, A FLORIST A FRIEND OF HERS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. SHE SPOKE TO ANN (OWNER OF TEN PENNIES) WHO IMMEDIATELY CALMED MY SISTER AND SAID SHE WOULD ABSOLUTELY TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING AND TO GO BACK AND ENJOY MY SPECIAL DAY. THREE WEEKS LATER ANN AND HER STAFF CAME TO THE HYATT AND CREATED ARRANGEMENTS THAT COMPLETELY SURPASSED MY WILDEST EXPECTATIONS. DUE TO THE SHORT TIMING, ANN AND I NEVER HAD THE CHANCE TO MEET AND DISCUSS MY TASTE. IT WAS AS IF SHE READ MY MIND. I WILL NEVER FORGET THE DOORS OPENING TO BEGIN WALKING DOWN THE AISLE AND BEING MESMERIZED BY ALL THE WONDROUS FLORAL CREATIONS. AT THE RECEPTION, THE FLORAL DECOR WAS BREATHTAKING. EVERYONE AT THE WEDDING COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW GORGEOUS THE ROOM LOOKED. ANN AND HER TEAM SAVED MY WEDDING AND CREATED FOR MY FAMILY, HUSBAND, AND I A DAY MORE BEAUTIFUL THAN I COULD HAVE EVER IMAGINED. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A FLORIST, ANN AND TEN PENNIES IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO!
