Ann and her team at Ten Pennies have the most vision of any party decorator in the whole country. Just visit and look at pictures of weddings, birthday parties and BAr/Bat Mitzvahs! You will enjoy every minute of the planning right down to the last detail on the final day. I am truly sad that the party is over because it was so fun to plan. The final product will be etched in our family memories forever.
Pros: The most beautiful, well planned events in the city!
