Review content:
The individual plumbing tech from this San Antonio locaton that came to our home was very courteous and knowledgable. He explained the problem in a through manner and provided video images to us. He explained that he could fix the immediate problem and advised us that it would only be a temporary fix. He needed the services of a second tech who arrived in a timely manner as well. The second tech that arrived was also courteous and he too offered his advise on the situation. They both worked quickly and efficiently.and I would definitely recommend them to any of my neighbors or friends. Upon completion of the service, before departing, he provided us with the information and cost we needed to make a decision on pursuing a permanent resolution to the problem after the holidays.
