When doing buisness with them , you go in with the intention of placing your stuff in a place that will handle your stuff with care and concern. But, your find that these places get your stuff in thier storage unit and give you 5 to 6 days in the first of the month to pay for your own stuff and then threaten to lock it up so you can not access. Then they call 10 times a day while your at work and call your job and harrass you . If you do not have your pmnt in by the end of the buisness day on the 30th they'll tag another 65 dollar lean fee and then after the 5th or 6th day of the next month they try to post another lean fee. Dont call the managers of the comp. or their 1800 customer service line because they are rude and have no concern for thier customers. I've been with them for over two years and always paid but when I asked to have one fee lifted they quoted that I am a delinquent customer and they will not assist. Find another way ,they hold your stuff hostage! The Worst Comp to Work With!
