Review content:
Being a new, first time BMW owner, I was worried about having to rely on this dealership for good customer service for my 2003 Z4 after reading the previous negative reviews. However, I must admit that I could not find any of the below issues with the service and parts departments. Maybe BMW management read the negative reviews and made some changes....who knows! My experience with both the service and parts departments has been fantastic. Each member of the staff that has helped me has been really courteous, patient and provided exceptional service. Thanks!?
