I wouldnt go there again. They charged me for something that they fixed only recently. They are very expensive. I would suggest a dealership would be cheaper than this place. If you want to get value for your money, I wouldnt go here. There are plenty of other good european car repair shops which are much cheaper and do a good job. For a small job they would easily charge 1000 for labor - initially they will quote only couple of hundred dollars in the estimate. And dont deal with Ralph...
Pros: they have one good vw expert.
Cons: very very expensive. They dont guarentee their own repairs
