The doctors at Womancare got the important things right. They delivered my twins safely. And I'm grateful for that. But along the way there were too many frustrations. They seem to have too many patients and the waits during "appointments" were ridiculous. I would wait an hour. And when I was called inside, the nurse would say, "oh, I don't know why they had you wait an hour. The machine has been available the whole time." There were billing mistakes. And they don't make it easy to understand the bills. One doctor told me I had a urinary tract infection. Then she walked out, came back in and said, "oh, that was a misunderstanding. You don't have a UTI." Another doctor could barely work with the computer in front of her and therefore couldn't see much about my history. At one point they sent me to the hospital as a precaution without any thought to cost. My insurance said they didn't think the second night at the hospital was medically necessary and wouldn't pay for it. In summary, the doctors and staff are very nice, but there is room for improvement in their practice. Pros: null Cons: null
