I just finished doing the HCG diet through Beleza Medspa. It was hard, but the staff was informative, encouraging, extremely helpful and supportive through the entire process! I have tried dieting and exercise over the years and that helped some, but the HGC kick started my fat burning, and I was able to loose 10.25 inches over the last month! If you are considering HCG, use Beleza! They are great!
