FIRST LET ME SAY - I TRIED DR. HOLBROOKS OFFICE FOR ALMOST A YEAR. I KEPT GIVING THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT - HOPING THEY WOULD SOLVE THIER PROBLEMS - BECAUSE I LIVE SO CLOSE. UNFORTUNATELY, THEY ONLY KEEP GETTING WORSE! THEY TREAT YOU LIKE CATTLE. THEY HAVE NO PEOPLE SKILLS. THEY NEVER EXPLAIN ANYTHING. I ONCE ASKED FOR A CHECK UP AND THEY TOLD ME THE FIRST AVAILABLE TIME THEY HAD WAS 5 MONTHS AWAY! LAB WORK IS ALWAYS LATE OR LOST. NOBODY EVER CALLS YOU BACK WITH LAB RESULTS. WHEN YOU TRY AND CALL - YOU NEVER TALK TO A LIVE PERSON - EVER! I REALLY HAVE NO CLUE HOW THEY STAY IN BUSINESS!
