Review content:
Once you get inside the office, the experience is just OK, but the telephone staff portrays a terrible image for this practice. My elderly parent has been a patient for over 10 years; and I feel sick every time I have to contact this outfit. In my experience the nurses and medical assistants who work directly with the docs are good, the docs are good, but if you call them, be prepared to be talked over, interrupted and spoken to as if you are a moron. Shame on anyone who does not appreciate their job in this economy.
Pros: MDs,PAs, Nurses great- once you get past the staff
Cons: Nasty, snippy, indifferent phone staff
