Businiess name:  Metro-flow Plumbing
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
Metro-Flow started out on the right foot by seeming friendly on the phone when I first called, however, I will never be calling again. After claiming that they wouldn't be late, they were of course 45 minutes lates. Further, their estimates are astronomical and they try to cover that up by offering a variety of convoluted "discount" programs. Also, they charge a $49 "service fee" just for giving you the high cost estimates. When I asked for the fee to be refunded, the owner was rude and argumentative with me and basically hung up on me. I think these guys are dishonest and try to take advantage of customers that don't know much about plumbing. Basically, I was told that it would cost $267 to install my kitchen faucet, $269 to hook up my gas stove, $267 for the sink basket, and $450-800 for a new garbage disposal. They also wanted to charge $200 to cut into my wall to check out a potential problem. The guys that came out were very nice, but I feel like they've been taught to up-sell and seize an opportunity to create more work for themselves. Cons: Rude, high prices, dishonest practices
