My husband and I just returned from an amazing trip through Italy thanks to this great agent! I spent hours getting more and more confused trying to work out details on my own and was so frustrated. We have travelled a lot, but it's been several years since we've been overseas, and this trip was putting me over the edge! I past a sign for a travel agency, so I stopped in. It's a great little shop with a huge map on the wall, but more importantly - they know their stuff. After a short conversation, she knew what I was looking for and put together an itinerary with all the details - including recommendations for great restaurants and gelato stops! She worked within my budget and included things I didn't even think of. The hotels we were in were so cute - small, not Sheraton or Holiday inn (who wants to stay in one of those in Italy!) and really close to the main sights so we could walk everywhere. She scheduled an amazing day trip that was a cooking class and wine tasting in Tuscany - what a beautiful country!
