Review content:
Let me preface this with, I have been a Keller Bros client for the past 11 years. However I can no longer recomend this shop to anyone. After springing a leak of oil in my 96 Jeep, I made an appointment and brought my car in as they opened at 7am, and told them I needed to get the car back that night. After not hearing from them for 7 hours, I finally called, where they reported that they were "waiting on prices". another 2 hours went by, when they said that I needed over a$1000 in repairs, and that they would not be able to complete the work that day. When I told them I would pick up the car that night anyway, they started to backpedal, pairing down the work that needed to be done. I still refused, and the next day I took the car to another mechanic, where he diagnosed my problem in 5 minutes. 30 minutes and $150 later, I was back on the road, no oil leaks. And to top it off, Keller Bros "misdiagnosed" the issue. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. Stay away and protect your wallet.
