Good: Well it LOOKS nice.. Bad: Poor service, poor care of animals, there are dying reptiles kept in cages that cannot properly hold humidity, there are emaciated animals being sold animals with necrotic limbs. Snakes have mites, the workers feign concern but do nothing to alleviate these animal's obvious misery.. Improvements: Proper animal care demonstrated, plexiglass on the lids to hold humidity, more education on the animals they are selling. Also they could USE the products they SELL to rid the animals of their parasitic problem.. Other: These guys obviously are out to make a quick buck, do not buy animals from here!!.
