Review content:
I simply can't believe the one review where the lady says that Dr. Stephens was rude and rough and that she and her staff were anything but nice. They are a fun group of women who truly care about their patients, not just the gynecologic health and well being of the patient but also how things are going for their jobs, families, etc. They try to have fun while doing their jobs. I have seen and heard Dr. Stephens work with young girls who are scared to death to be examined as well as women of all ages with problems and concerns. Even when the patient is being unreasonable and difficult (in my estimation), Dr. Stephens tries to remain calm and reassuring and helpful. We have to remember that everyone has good and bad days, even doctors, so sometimes people just may not respond to every person the way she expects. I usually am able to get in and out of the office quickly, but sometimes the doctor has had an emergency to deal with or a patient requiring more time and attention and I will have to wait a bit longer. In those cases, she always apologizes for the wait, tries to explain the reason for the delay, and then turns all of her attention to me and any problem that I am having.
