Scheduled an appointment 9 weeks in advance. 1 week prior to that appointment they called me and told me they had run my insurance wrong and it would now cost twice what I had anticipated. 16 hours prior to that appointment they called and cancelled on me completely. Since it was with an oral surgeon, I had to deposit $100 to hold that appointment. When they cancelled I asked for the deposit back. It's been almost two weeks and have still yet to have my money refunded. Save yourself the headache of dealing with these thieves and their fraudulent business practices and just say no to San Tan Dental Group!
